「La qualité des services de l'agence. Le chalet est magnifique, la distribution des chambres, la configuration du chalet, le sauna, la terrasse avec brasero, le balcon, la vue. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La salle à manger et le salon sont sont spacieux. Nous étions 7 adultes tout est aménagé pour l'intimité de chacun. Ce week-end prolongé en famille fut superbe ! "We stayed here for three nights. Our room has a balcony with Matterhorn view. It has a perfect view of the Matterhorn, except that there was a construction undergoing and a crane is on the way between our hotel and the Matterhorn! There are actually lots of cranes in Zermatt. The hotel staff told us that it is like that in summer, and that is out of their control. Apart from that, the hotel is very good, new, clean, spacious and very helpful staff! Highly recommended."
