「I am a picky person when it comes to cleanliness, and this place passed the test! Very clean. Pros: Cleanliness, location, easy parking, A/C was great, and it was spacious for 5 people. Cons: Kitchen is not well-stocked, pets can not be left unattended and you don't know that until you get the check-in information the day of, and blinds were broken in the bedroom and on the front door so you couldn't close them at all (that's a problem when people are changing in bedrooms) I would suggest the...

「Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

「Very comfy beds, great location, downtown Marion was a great find!」

「This is a fantastic cottage! Perfect for a solo traveler or two who are comfortable sharing a queen bed. (A truly comfortable queen bed!)Home is as-pictured, however what isn’t shown here (yet?) is the lovely garden, flowers, and outdoor seating area. This VRBO was the most perfect place of solitude and respite after terrific (but long and loud) days of professional development here in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Will definitely rebook for next summer!」

「We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. This Vrbo is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. We were close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was especially nice. We were there during a warm weekend so we appreciated the AC! Thank you!」

「Thank-you for sharing your cottage. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.」
