「We would gave the property 3 stars. The location is wonderful but the apartment could be more comfortable and functional. Here are my suggestions.The dishes are limited. At a minimum add wine glassesBlinds are not all working and are difficult to open and close.Bathroom towels: lots of bath towels but 1 hand towel is not enough.Main living area furniture is worn and not comfortable. 「We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !」

「House was in a great location - easy to walk downtown. We also walked the neighborhood and around the church lot that was across the street. We enjoyed having a kitchen for cooking, a good fridge for our food and beverages. It would have been great to have a privacy fence in the back yard for us and the dogs, a grill, and fire pit if it would be allowed. Heater and AC worked great, good shower, and the house was stocked pretty well with laundry, toiletries, and some needed kitchen accessories.」
