「The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.」

「Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient, but the property is in need of a bit of TLC. The Ice machine on the 5th floor was broken, room carpet was dirty, our shower head needed replacement, the gym machine attachments didn't work, treadmill was out of order, door didn't close properly in our room and the laundry requires 12 quarters per wash or dry but the hotel was out of quarters... Overall, we had a good stay and it was relatively hassle-free but these little details need attention.」
