“What a lovely place to stay! This place is immaculate! When we ran into a little problem, Jeff and Brooke solved it very quickly. We actually saw a bull Elk right in our front lawn, which was a highlight! There were wild turkeys in the back yard! The back patio is very nice including the fire pit and hot tub! If we ever come back to this area we'll definitely check in here! Lots of good memories! Thanks Jeff and Brooke ”

“Wanted to spend a weekend somewhere we'd never been. The apartment we stayed in offered the ability to be able to fix our own meals, sleep in comfort and be walking distance from a multi-flavor soft ice cream shop. We were from 2 hours away. Visited the Benezette Elk Center as well as some of the Elk viewing areas (though we didn't expect to see any, as it was the wrong time of day and season). We also took a short hike. The drive took close to an hour from the Hilltop Hideaway. Although……

“Quaint, quiet, clean, and cute deer visitors ever morning and evening. Turkey visitors also. Did not disappoint as home base for day drives and elk viewing. Will definitely return if in the area again. Thanks to both of you!”

“This is a beautiful and quiet location. A visiting group of deer were charming. Two fire pits and extremely comfortable spots to sit and enjoy the quiet! The cabin is just as pictured and the bed was wonderful! ”

“Beautifully decorated, so comfortable, kitchen great. Able to enjoy the beautiful grounds, pond, stream, exploring for wildlife. Stream was available for fishing, saw an eagle fly over and a 6-point buck run across stream to mention a few. Mountain view, deck great for am coffee and evening beverages!”

“Beautiful and rustic! Very cozy. Easy to check in. Not far from Benezette. We had a very nice walk and ate at the Bear Den for dinner! Great communication also! Very kind Renters!”

“Had a great trip riding the trails with our husky! John was great! Everything was as shown. It's small, but worked fine for the three of us! Would definitely come back!”

“Cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Very well stocked with all the necessities that we needed. Very private and so peaceful! Took games in case of a “rain day” but found the cabin had the exact games that I packed (Sequence , Phase 10, and a deck of cards). The hot water in the cabin was better than mine at home! The driveway was a little bit scary….but not a problem at all! Probably a different story in snow. The owner was very informative and quick on responses. I highly recommend and would……
