「Great location in Owensboro. We came for a softball tournament and it was convenient to everything. Be aware that there are lots of up and down transitions in this house (step up from entryway, step down to bedrooms, slight step up to bathroom. I only mention this in case renters have mobility issues. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.」

「Very nice place! The outdoor lighting is really cool with the trees lit up and the house numbers lit up, as well. Only a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on the river. 」

「This was perfect for the wedding couple to stay right after their wedding until they left the next morning. They really didn’t need more than the kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The bed had an issue that needs attending before the next guests but the wedding couple figured no one mentioned it and they were only there for a few hours so they dealt with it. Cute little place」

「We used this lovely home as the location for our bridal party to get dressed and ready for the day. The outside views are stunning. Kentucky farm land at its best. Literally rolling green hills. Our plan was to take all of the wedding photos outside there but unfortunately we got rained out and had to switch locations suddenly. 「This property was exceptional! It had everything we needed to cook, wash our clothes and just enjoy. We were there in mid-September so it was a little bit cool in the mornings but the pool seemed to hold the warmth of the day.
