"Never once brought clean linens nor offered to clean the room"

"The property looks brand new. Everything is fresh and clean. Stayed in a king room. Basic but nicely appointed. Good bed, not amazing but a good spring based pillowtop bed. Good pillows, large tv, table chair and a ulpolstered swivel chair. Room has a nice kitchenette, microwave, kerig, fridge and diswasher. No kerig pods are provided but if you bring food and pods you can completly cook. My only complain was that the shower temp at 1130pm on a sat was lacking. It was a warmish shower at best."

"The hotel during our stay was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a large sitting area for breakfast. The truck with some of the food choices for their breakfast bar had not arrived so the options were apparently more limited than usual. They did have continental breakfast items, including cereal, toast, bagels, and waffles, which was fine with us."

"Our family recently stayed at the Best Western in Gas City and we quickly wished we had made reservations at a different hotel. We stayed for three nights and did not have a hot shower for the entire visit. The water was warm, but not hot. Also, the breakfast on all three mornings was not stocked and several items were missing. We will not be staying here again."
