“Everything was neat and tidy. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was great, close to town and beach.Communication with owner/agent was great. Appreciated her quick responses to questions.We have already booked a return trip.”

“Came up to the area for a weekend of golf at Forest Dunes. The home is beautiful. Everything was well appointed and thought out. Beds are very comfortable and fire pit area was awesome to sit by and enjoy a beverage and talk. The owners were great and made it very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.”

“My sister, boyfriend, and I were so happy staying here! The house looked just as it did in the photos and it even smelled clean. Great outdoor firepit, beds, and location. We spent our last day tubing down the river as Naomi recommended, as it was just down the road. If ANYTHING I could suggest, I would say perhaps a mirror in the master bedroom and different towels, but that is literally reaching lol. We loved our time and Naomi was so easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10.”

“Awesome newly redone property. Easily parked our boat in the drive, close to both Higgins and Houghton Lake. We are avid road cyclists and the location allowed us to take off each morning for 25-40 mile rides on beautiful paved roads. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely reserve property again if we are looking for a rental in this area. ”

“Family and friends drove up to spend a long weekend near Higgins Lake. We’ve headed up north for years and have never stayed near Higgins. Beautiful lake! The house is clean and comfortable and a relaxing space for our home base. Great kitchen. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing it.”
