「The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!」

「Sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang, gemütliches hübsches Tinyhouse wie beschrieben. Lage sehr schön am See. Alles sauber.Der See einladend. Die Nähe zu Amsterdam top. Die Beschallung der viel befahrenen Straße ist immer präsent und stört leider etwas die Idylle. Das wäre nur mit einer Schallschutzmauer zu dämmen an der Straße.」

「Beautifuly decorated and comfy beds. Directly on the lake and friendly staff. Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. Fresh water tap around the corner, showers and toilets shared and regularly cleaned. Beautiful and peaceful....
