“Beautiful hotel, and one of the best in Lagos. A very good value for your money… staff were very nice and helpful. We (my Husband and I) enjoyed our stay throughout. The room was very big, the living room was perfect too. The bathroom is so lovely… generally feels so homely. I would book again when next I visit Nigeria. To top it all, a very clean hotel.”

“Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. ”

“I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back.”

“The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area was neglected and needed love and attention. The internet……

“Radisson service is great and the location is nice. We stayed on the street side with VIP service, which was a nice touch. In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star.”
