“The photos of this property are very deceiving! It is old and run down. The pool surface was all flaked off so you cut your feet on the bottom. The buildings are all corroded. We had to move units because the first one was just flat unacceptable for over $600 a night! The unit we were stuck with was clean but it’s very outdated and worn. The ceilings were popcorn style and full of dirt around air vents, the walls were cracked and separated at most corners. No ice maker, No Kcup coffee pot……

“easy access to eats and entertainment , through no fault of the property location , getting back from downtown was a bit annoying due to construction . the only other issue was with the a.c. , occasionally when it came on , strong odor of sewage was detected , other than that we would come again.”

“Our late arrival posed no problem as staff prepared everything ahead of time at check-in, felt warmly welcomed instantly!”

“Awesome stay for a beach vacation!”

“The place is excellent.”

“No issues with the room. It was a cozy condo as listed and for the price, it served its purpose. However it's located on the 3rd/4th floor and the elevators were broken. The floors are very bouncy. I wouldn't recommend small children. Still had a small ant issue but we came prepared. Easy fix. Very Close to Texas Aquarium,Lexington museum and beach as indicated. Still had an ant but we came prepared.”

“The air conditioning vent needs to be cleaned. The access roof over the bathtub needs to be cleaned. And the furniture needs to be cleaned the couch. The instructions need to be more informative as to where to park. And where the actual unit is because you cannot see the apartment number from the parking lot. Also the parking lot number does not match to go with the unit it's across the parking lot. The Host has not communicated as far as I can tell that I had to check out early because they……

“We had a great time the room was perfect for a weekend getaway. The beach is right at the end of parking lot 2 min walk.”

“The host was extremely responsive! The only trouble we had was with the dryer, it was not working. She responded quickly and let me know someone would be coming over to take a look at it the next day. Sadly the pool was closed but who needs it when you are 2 seconds from the beach anyway?! The bed was super comfortable! The space was cute and perfect for a small family vacation. My family and I loved how close it was to the beach and other amenities. Could not recommend this condo enough. Would……

“The place was great with a relaxing view and convenient restaurant. There were a couple of concerns with the noisy people above us and the loud washing machine that took away at times from our relaxation. Wish the customer service would have been better. While I understand that owners may not want to overstock items, a paying customer should not have to debate if a sufficent amount of towels and 1 ply toliet paper was supplied after requests were made. We washed the towels provided and bought……

“Nice little place, perfect for a short stay. Very close to the beach and in a good location.”

“Great”

“Not just another hotel, this place has character even if it's on the simpler side. Overall good experience for what I paid.”

“Location tripped us out. But the place was super clean, ac was great! Fridge could be a bit bigger. Host was real nice.”
