“This cute little property was perfect for a few days away by myself. It’s close enough to the town that I could run in and get dinner but far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings. I saw the cutest deer playing around the pond. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is a tiny home, but it had everything I needed for the days I was there. I would highly recommend this for a solo traveler or a couple.”

“When we got to the property at about 10pm, the lady at the desk told us the property was overbooked and the room that I had paid for weeks ago was not available. She said I could go to the next town and stay at one of their sister properties. This was not acceptable to us so we had to make other arrangements at near midnight when nearly all hotels are full with nearby University of Missouri having homecoming the next day. Not a fun experience.”

“Fun little place right on the Katy Trail. Hosts were very responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. Know two things: 1) bathroom is in a separate building next door; 2) food choices, especially before the weekend, are almost non existent. But that's not the owners fault-they provided a great place to stay and we will do so again next time we are on the Katy. Thanks!”

“Enjoyed our stay. It was convenient for everything. I will be using the property again in the future.”

“What winery?! We did not visit nor have any winery experience. ”

“Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable, and there was good off street parking. It's a fine choice if there are three or fewer people in your group and you don't want to go with a hotel. Some things I wish I had realized ahead of time: There are only three comfortable places to sit in the living room, a loveseat and an armchair. If you have more than three people, the others will have to sit on a backless metal barstool or the floor. The house is cooled by two small window units neither of……

“Fabulous”

“Great location. Very responsive and accommodating host. Comfortable home.We were in town with our elderly father for an event in Fulton. This location was perfect because it was all first-floor living with a no-step entry and close to everything. 20 minutes to Fulton. 10 minutes to Jefferson City. 45 minutes to Lake Ozark. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area.”

“This property is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything to make the stay feel like home. We will definitely be back. ”

“They were so nice! Super clean, great place to stay!”
