「I LOVED this hotel BUT we never saw a single staff member in our 2 night stay. Check in and check out was done virtually. Upload all your information and they will send you your unit and code. Unfortunately with travelling I missed that info. It did say they had check in during regular hours so I didn’t worry about anything. 「Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus.
