Cons: Nada.」

「Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.」

「Pros: Hiking at a beautiful lake near by with our two dogs. Cons: We are dog lovers and it was very hard for us to see the dog of the owner in a small dark cage all the time, while the property is huge and there would be enough space to provide the dog a worthy live.」

Repetiremos seguro.」
