「We loved it! The place was extra clean and so cozy and beautiful. This location is so close to a secluded boat ramp. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek. It was a perfect place to put in our Kayaks. We loved every minute and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be booking again in the Fall. 10/10 experience! Kathie is a great host! FYI there is a fire-pit area that we did not get to use, but it looked nice. Plus the backyard has deer in it. That was a nice addition.」

「Wonderful home with a great view of Dale Hollow Lake! The place had everything to meet the needs of our whole family - including a baby, several young adults and two dogs. We were very close to at least two marinas on the lake (we rented a boat from Sulphur Creek, which was also awesome!). Wildlife in the outdoor setting was abundant and communication with the host was excellent! Overall, we had a great 4th of July reunion for our family and would definitely vacation here again!」

「A nice one bedroom ex-log house with an addition. Very home like feel from the moment you opened the door. Loved all the tongue and groove walls. The host was great, and very accommodating. I ended up being quite a bit earlier than than I thought I was going to be (due to less traffic than expected heading through Pigeon Forge, and a one hour time change I wasn’t expecting). It was nice and quiet, which beats the pants off of any motel. Everything worked great. I’ve honestly got nothing...
