Er ist zwar nur etwa 1,10m breit, aber zwischen 5 und 6 m lang. In einigen Details lässt die Ausstattung der Wohnung zwar zu wünschen übrig, aber Preis und Lage sind tadellos. 」

「Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Hochhaus direkt am See. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Nachbarn aus dem Haus sind sehr nett. Das Pool ist groß und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, am südlichen Ende des Lago Maggiore. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt direkt im Haus. Für Fragen steht sie immer zur Verfügung.」
