「We needed to checkin early and the host was very open to it. There was a small fee to speed up the cleaning process but we we're able to get in 2 hours early. Very cute apartment style rooms with a gorgeous view of a forest. The shower handle was a little tricky and popped off at one point but we were able to put it back on for use.」

「Communication with Sean was great. The property had everything we needed on our stay. It was nice that we didn't bring or even need to go get a bunch of odds and ends, because they were provided. Tons of lounging spots, which was great with our teenage daughters lol. We would definitely stay again.」

「Nicole was an excellent host! She responded to any question promptly. The property was clean and had everything we needed for the two of us. The bed was also very comfortable. We needed the a/c due to extremely hot westher conditions and it worked like a champ in both kubing area and bedroom. The area was as described, and because we were there from Sunday Wednesday, it was also very peaceful. We enjoyed the patio table in the evening and walking to Lake Como for the beautiful sunsets. 「AC failure went unresolved overnight; refund confirmed by Vrbo but not yet paid by hostOn June 30th, during a heatwave, the air conditioning in our unit failed and the room reached approximately 88 degrees. The host indicated that a repair technician was on the way, but no one arrived, and we received no further communication for the remainder of the night. This left us without a functioning cooling system in extreme heat with no resolution or updates.Following the stay, Vrbo reviewed the...
