「It was ok」

「Clean and comfortable」

「Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel.」

「The hotel was very nice and clean. Didn’t visit the restaurant or bar so can’t review it. We enjoyed our stay. Can’t say there was much else downtown other than the Harbor Walk. My only complaint was a 7.00 sustainability charge at checkout. I appreciate them wanting to be environmentally responsible but I get frustrated with add on charges at hotels.」

「The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. The entire building was very rundown in major need of renovation and updates the hotel staff kept asking unusual and strange questions and making a point to intercept us wherever we were walking in the...
