“First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly. If you intend to cook during your stay, bring everything you need from salt and pepper to the main course. The kitchen does have the basic utensils, flatware, cups and dishes. “The home is beautiful, spacious, in a lovely neighborhood, and very conveniently located. We lived in the screened in back porch and fenced in yard. We rarely left the property as we came to visit my son stationed at Fort Bragg so utilizing the games available and the large kitchen suited our agenda perfectly. Percy is the nicest most accommodating person I have ever interacted with. We struggled a little with the house alarm and he had help at the door within minutes. We live in Ohio so……

“We really enjoyed our time at the farm! We travel with our two dogs and it can be difficult finding a great place for us and them but this was amazing! The dogs loved all the animals and there’s a big yard for them to roam. The house is clean and well kept, very charming!! We would definitely stay again!”

“The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance.”
