Beautiful home, well stocked on all the essentials and then some- towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, cookware, bedding, pool toys, games, you name it they had it! We had extra cars and a boat, so we found a public boat ramp in town and stored our extra cars in town as well, so definitely recommend combining into cars. Host and Owner were responsive. 「The availability of kayaks and paddleboards for our group to use was a nice perk of this property. The weather was perfect for us, so most of our time was spent outside. In the heat of summer, I would imagine the shade over the pool would be great. Since we were enjoying the end part of spring with a cooler day, the temp of the pool was a little cold to enjoy, but we did enjoy the hot tub. All in all, easy to get to, proximity to HEB and other stores was good when needed, and a quiet, relaxing...

「We had a blast! The river was perfect for catfishing and habing fun on the kayaks. Woth the water lvl being shallow in most spots (3' to 6') it was a perfect swimming spot for the kiddos. Neighbors were nice and welcoming. Our families will definitely be booking this location again for a get away.」
