「Awesome location, right on the river. Huge windows that over looks the river, plenty of space to spread out with the family. The host put up a Christmas tree and it really added to the space. Will definitely consider if we go back to the area.」

「There's so much good to say about our stay. The accommodations were gorgeous, and so much thought was put into every detail of the room, it was just gorgeous. The property itself was beautiful, and a nice place to hike. Lastly, the breakfast was perfect. They served rustic sheet pancakes which were fluffy and delicious with fruit baked into them. On the side was some honeydew melon and a scramble of polish sausage, onion and apple. Absolutely delicious.」

「We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. 「We absolutely loved our stay at Bigfoot Lodging Cottage #2 It’s a very authentic cabin in the woods experience. The original vintage wood interior and squeaky wood floors added a lot to the ambiance. Plenty of outdoor space for grilling steaks or making campfire s’mores.
