“Super nice, cozy house! Everything was new, top of the line quality. The private, fenced in yard was throughly enjoyed by my pup and the office with beautiful window was used daily as this was a working vacation for me. ”

“We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us. Overall, the basement itself was spacious and cute……

“Our host did not communicate with us whatsoever about how to enter the property prior to our stay. They did not allow us access to the property. After contacting support we were able to get the hosts phone number, and after calling multiple times she finally answered and said she didn’t know we were coming (the booking was confirmed over a week prior). She said the property was not ready for guests to stay. She said she didn’t want us sleeping on the street and that if we really needed to stay……

“Discovered this very local listing (I live 6ish miles away) while looking for a unique and convenient venue to host my recently discovered biological brother for our first face to face meeting. The timing was challenging, as the college nearby was holding “Parents Weekend” leaving all the Ashland area hotel rooms booked. But as I was familiar with Pactamere Farm, this spot intrigued me. My brother was wrapping up a busy conference week in NYC prior to his visit with me in Hanover County, and……
