“This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. The rest of the property is beautiful with a shared outdoor seating area and cabin porches that foster community with fellow travelers and then separate outdoor gathering areas for the other……

“My husband and I stayed here with our pup and had a wonderful time! We wanted a break from the city where we would be in total peace and seclusion, and this place really delivered. The home is so thoughtfully decorated - it was the perfect blend of modernity and classic log cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, including spices and kitchen staples. We were very impressed with all of the lighting and how all of the switches are clearly labeled. I particularly enjoyed……

“We rented Hilltop Farmhouse for our 50th wedding anniversary. Or family joined us and we had a great time. I’ll start with the house - very nice inside, kitchen was fully equipped, games available to play, etc. The outdoors is stunning - leaves were just starting to change colors. There is a basketball net for the kids to play, a nice large macadam driveway for the kids to ride bikes or play ball, indoor pool which was enjoyed by everyone and at the top of the hill is the Hilltop Enchanted……

“This place was amazing! It was just the right size for 2 people, but had the added loft area for other guests if needed. The bed was super comfy and cozy! We loved the location! It was very secluded, but yet 5 minutes from groceries, gas, or places to eat. We could walk and fish right on the property. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, wildlife, making food on the grill, having fires in the fire pit, and relaxing on the big, covered porch. I would definitely recommend this place!”
