「This place was immaculate. I am a clean freak. It was stocked with everything we needed. Clean sheets/towels, kitchen basics, etc. Check in was a breeze. Communication was excellent. I loved the attention to detail and decorative motif. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn’t use the fire pit, it was a nice addition. Outdoor space very was clean and neat. Even though not directly on the beach, access to water was approximately 200 yards downhill. No real beach there per se, but...

We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. 」

「 Came with my husband, daughter and her BF because my son and his family rented a cottage a few streets away and we all have dogs so needed the space. The home is lovely. Comfortably designed with multiple living spaces so you can have more than 1 movie or tv show playing in the evening or on a rainy afternoon. Small deck to kick back on and grill up a steak. Modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. (Bring your own condiments but it has a nice spice rack!) King size bed in 1...

「Was provided door code for early check in. Friendly and truly excellent service from Shaena. Property is beautiful with large yard and plenty of parking. House was immaculate and exceptionally well provisioned. Comfortable furniture and beds. My only fault was that description indicated lake view. Trees across the road have filled in and there was no "view", just a glimpse.All in all our best experience at a VRBO and we hope to return next year.」

「A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned....
