“The place was not clean. The kitchen was a mess, the bedroom and bathroom doors were off the hinges. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit, leaving it feeling very uncomfortable. The space was smaller and unkept in comparison to the pictures. I would not stay here again.”

“The location was great - easy in and out of the neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Jason and Shelby were very responsive to our questions and requests. The apartment itself is very spacious and quiet. The washer and dryer work great. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and has some nice updates (the USB port was unexpected and especially appreciated). Also, coffee pods were available (thank you!). We enjoyed staying there. One note - if anyone in your group has……

“The area that the house was located is bad. There is no parking off street. We didn’t stay there for our planned trip and went to a hotel.”

“This property definitely needs some TLC. The deck is falling apart and very unstable. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. I would not recommend to anyone that has children due to several safety issues.”

“Perfect setup for a family. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat comfortably. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. More linens than we needed and the view of the cows next door is amazing!”
