“Very clean and nice room to rent. Great for a little get away for 1 or 2 people. Would definitely go back again!”

“Excellent clean place! Great location!”

“The pictures are very accurate of the place. The bathroom is on the first floor beside the dining room. There is a TV, but no wifi so we didn't use it. The front porch was nice and cozy with a swing. There were air conditioners in each bedroom and the dining room, which kept the house very comfortable. The beds were comfortable.”

“The pictures were a little misleading, made it seem a lot more private than what it actually was.”

“It was great! Perfect for our resting place after hiking Seneca Rocks. Highly recommend”

“Great place to stay with a bigger group or groups needing room. The location is in a great spot right next to the college and near everything. We came in an enjoyed the place and had room for our college kids come to dinner and hang during the evening. The living space will surprise the heck out of you . Thanks for making our stay great Mike”

“Everything was perfect; perfect location for a fishing trip to Webster Springs would definitely stay there again”

“Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for.”
