「Kia ora! We used this whare as a research retreat to do some writing and some deep thinking. The accommodations were lovely, clean, and tidy. An extra nice touch was a load of wood being dropped off at the whare if we needed it, and a 10% discount at the cafe, literally at the end of the driveway, was very convenient and a lovely touch of hospitality. 「We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. 」
