This memorable place is anything but ordinary.
Set in a private spot of our property, we carefully crafted this container into a tiny home with all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay.
This container can sleep up to six people:
Bedroom one - double bed
Bedroom two - queen bed
Sofa bed in lounge - we would advise this for kids or teenagers.
We can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance.
10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic.
Great location for kids to run around.
The container is located to the left of the main house as you drive in.
We have a second rental behind our house - for this reason we ask that you refrain wondering around the rest of the property to maintain everyone’s privacy.
You are though, more than welcome to enjoy the small garden near the container.
We have kids, a cat and a dog (golden retriever) and some chooks (free eggs for breakfast?!) on the property.
We also have cows as this is a dairy farm.
We supply tea, coffee, milk etc but otherwise the accommodation is self catered.
There is a microwave, oven/toaster/air fryer and a cooktop for heating meals.
Guest access
The entire container is for your use. Please park near the container.
Keep in mind that we have small children and a dog - we will try our best to keep you unbothered during your stay but be aware of it.
