"Room very clean; bathroom spotless; had an issue with room heater - was repaired immediately. All staff very friendly, polite & very professional. Very modern & well appointed rooms and hotel overall. Excellent hotel location, relative to all attractions & amenities in the area, such as farmers market, hockey arenas, restaurants & other shopping. Close to major highways - easy in & easy out Highly recommend staying here! !"

"Yes I enjoyed my stay. Only thing worth noting on the negative is that I felt the floor of my room could have had a better vacuum as I could see some salt from outside in some corners. Otherwise I had a comfortable stay with friendly staff. "

"Bed was very comfortable, pillows were amazing! Breakfast was as expected. No surprises. There was a lot of noise in the hall, but that was the people across the hall, not the hotel. The location was exactly what we needed and the price was best in Waterloo. We will be back. "

"Our first time in Kitchener and we were ,looking for a place to stay for a couple of night close to the hospital. Judging from te reviews, we decided to book. Great choice! The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. Highly recommend!"
