“We loved our stay at this beautiful retreat, which offers a massive apartment complete with children toys and a full kitchen with a Keurig. The property is exceptionally quiet and serves as an ideal sanctuary to unplug, connect with nature, and enjoy quality family time without interruptions.”

“Exactly as described. Even better. Multiple outdoor sitting areas. Many basic kitchen supplies: spices coffee, tea, distilled water, condiments. Stocked w crockpot, cooking gear including silverware and pans. Grill and tools on front patio. Very clean. Great but simple furnishings. Bathroom was spotless. Ample supply of towels, toiletries and soap, shampoo, conditioner. Our only complaint is we had a busy schedule and wanted more time to enjoy it all.”

“The unit was so clean and tidy it was a pleasure to stay there. The hosts left many options for entertainment and a guide book if you wanted to check out town. The location was extremely quiet which was nice. The yard looked like a nice place to hang out, but we just happened to show up on the hottest day of the summer. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean and neat! Having a reserved parking spot in front of the property was a huge plus, and everywhere I needed to be was within walking distance.”

“One of the best rentals I’ve been in! Effective communication about the property and quick responses to any questions. It was a perfect place for my family and had complimentary water and snacks which was totally unexpected and appreciated. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, and the property includes anything we may have needed (toiletries, extra towels, linens, etc.).”

“Great place to stay. Comfortable bed and very clean. You do have to navigate stairs up to this place however, it wasn't an issue for me. Easy parking and close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood location.”

“The unit was clean, cute and comfortable! I really enjoyed looking through the books and appreciated the games out for us to play. The snacks were a bonus! Thanks for a great stay!”

“This is a great place. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown, easy to get to, parking was fine (just out front on the street). It’s a nice apt - beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of space and everything we needed. My adult son (student at UI) was on the pull out couch multiple nights and he said it was very comfortable (unlike the sofa beds at so many other places). Bathroom was very big. Owner was in communication to be sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy - and gettin……

“Joyce was so sweet! She attended to all our needs--above and beyond. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything was a walkable distance. It was also a super cute space--a perfect getaway. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!! Thank you!”

“Had a great time! Loved the location, quiet neighborhood, close to amenities and major roads.”

“Needed a decent sleep before the drive and got it thanks to firm mattresses and blackout curtains in my room. The check-in process moved quickly too which helped after a long day on the road.”
