“I recently stayed at this Point Cook home, and it exceeded my expectations. The home's layout is fantastic, and it's impeccably tidy with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom and showers were spotless. Abby, the property manager, was excellent in communication and even provided thoughtful gifts. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the cost is more than reasonable. I couldn't ask for more in a stay. Highly recommended!”

“This is not a private space. It is the upstairs of a house, the hosts use the downstairs. There is no lockable door between the two areas. The hosts stay behind a shut door, you walk up the stairs and the living room is at the landing of the stairs. It feels very open and not private. Each individual bedroom is lockable but this does not work if you have children as they may want to go to your room in the night. When we stayed, there was no top sheets, only half the pillows had pillow cases.……

“The house was fine but we were awakened at 12:15am by an unknown man walking into our house and turning the light on. The host had double booked the property. We had to wake up and discuss this with the other family, showing our booking details etc. We helped them contact the host, who did nothing to help them and didn't reach out to us to see if we were ok. My husband contacted the other family the next day to check if they were ok and it turns out they had to sleep in their car that night,……

“Not set up at all like a normal stayz property.Looks like a vacated house with minimal to no amenities. Tv does not have any channels. Stains on ragged carpet. Furniture old and needs replacing. Lighting dim. Burner on stove doesn’t work. Garbage bin is a bathroom bin size. Cooking is difficult with tiny pots and lids that don’t fit. House is for sale!! Two of the beds are unusable as mattresses are so hard.Large walk in closet with no where to put anything. Positive- air conditioning works……

"浴室里放了两瓶身体乳，一瓶放在淋浴间洗头水和沐浴露中间，没有护发素，很明显是搞错了，连续住了五个晚上都没有更改，说明相关职员粗心。前台职员（同一位亚裔女子），明明在4月15号与客户用非常流利的中文交流（因为房间水管无法供应冷水，洗浴时只有极热的水），到了4月17号在处理客户咨询时说自己不会中文，一直用英文。态度不友善"

"Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and had a good check-in experience. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated being upgraded to a better room, which was a nice touch. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, there was no internal door lock in the room. On the afternoon of our check-in day, while we were resting in the room, a staff member unexpectedly opened the door to check the air conditioner without any prior notice. This was quite uncomfortable and affected our sense of security, making it difficult to sleep well that night. Greater attention to guest privacy and communication would be appreciated. Secondly, the power outlet layout in the room was inconvenient. Apart from the bathroom, there was only one power socket located under the TV, and none near the bed, which made charging devices at night very inconvenient. We booked a plan that included breakfast, but the actual breakfast was quite different from the photos shown on Hotels.com, which was disappointing. While it was acceptable as part of a breakfast-included package, it would not be good value if charged separately at AUD 35. Overall, the hotel has good potential, but improvements in room safety, layout, and transparency would greatly enhance the guest experience."
