「This property was incredibly relaxing to come home to after busy days of being out visiting friends and family. The beds are super comfy, and it was easy to want to stay and read a book on the front porch. We loved the kitchen and had a blast making breakfast there every morning. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The art and decor all around the property made the stay even more interesting! We will definitely be back!」

「The property was in great condition, well cleaned and overall charming. The beds were comfortable, the shower was clean and functional. The shotgun layout did require people to pass through all three bedrooms to reach the bathroom, but this was not an issue for us. We booked this house because it was close to one of our 20th high school class reunion’s events. We appreciated the space to be able to sleep safely after a night of festivities. 「May not be”5 Star” for everyone, but for us it was almost perfect : location, cleanliness, helpfulness of property management- all excellent. For some it might be a bit small, but that should be expected for such a reasonable cost.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. While the neighborhood may not be the most picturesque it was safe and an easy walk to all the places you want to visit. Our only complaint is the mattress. It’s a pretty thin foam mattress sitting on just bedsprings. This could easily be improved. Other than that it was a great place. Owners very communicative 」

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
