「It had average reviews online but our room had chunks of blinds missing so that others could easily see into our room, no trash can, the tv remote didn’t work, the floors were dirty, the shower water was freezing, the toilet lid had #2 residue, and there was a condom wrapper behind the radiator. Granted, we got there very late at night and the reception person was kind.」

「It was so small and awful my sister and I didn’t there it was unacceptable, and I want a full refund. You shouldn’t put hotels that are under construction as ready for people to occupy. Please refund my money. Thank you!」

「I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Wi-Fi and breakfast were included, and the hotel offered great value for the price. Everything was almost perfect except for the desk chair. The wheeled chair was uncomfortable and made it difficult for me to work. I would suggest providing traditional four-legged chairs, as they are more durable, stable, and cost-effective. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.」

「Price point was reasonable, but the hotel needs major updates. Our rooms furnace/AC did not work, which was inconvenient on a summer day. Shower in our room was hard to get past like warm, and furniture/bedding looked like it hasn’t been changed since the hotel opened (which I assume was a long time ago). The pool area was well kept, but things are needing of updating. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.」

「I tried 3 different rooms and they were truly disgusting in one way or another. Old urine in the toilets, hair in the showers, dirt in the sinks. Stay far away from this place no matter how low the price is. It’s not worth your time or health. It should be banned and closed by Wyndham. Expedia should not allow it to be listed.」

「Do not stay here!! There is a "gentlemen's club" next door. Cars in the parking lot had broken windows. Looked like someone trying to break into them. In the 24 minutes we were there, we saw at least 3 very questionable people who I'm guessing worked at the gentleman's club. After checking in and walking to the room, I walked back to the front desk, turned in my room keys, and left. Did not get my refund for the $100 it cost me, but that's a sacrifice I was willing to make. Avoid this...

「Hotel is VERY dirty... poorly managed lifeguards play on their personal phone more than they do their job. They have SERIOUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES.... only half the water park worked and not the part with the main attraction , the only thing working was the lazy river and the kids ankle deep water. If you ask speak to a manager you're gonna be told ten different stories. Our room had food and clothes still on the floor when we checked in i'm gonna ask for a manager again , when we checked out and...

「Pool was not open so kids were a bit dissapointed, but we found things to do in the area instead. Overall decent stay! We had a 2 bedroom which turned out to be 2 beds in one area and 1 in another room… but it worked out for our family of 7…」
