The 2 rooms I was given smelled like smoke from the 1960’s, the lights did not work in either room & the bed sheets had stains on them. An absolutely disgusting establishment.

DO NOT BOOK HERE !!

Room was extremely dirty as well as outside appearance looked very unsafe.Staff was extremely unprofessional &. As I was waiting to speak with manager Jacob who was very unpleasant about the conditions of the room I seen several bed bugs on the floor & chairs in the lobby which also smelled of urine & cigarettes. I would never recommend anyone to ever stay at this location seems like a lot of sex trafficking & drug use goes on there

DO NOT STAY HERE

We stayed for 15 minutes. I want a refund. The shower, broken. The toilet paper roll/dispenser, broken. The entry door, broken (wouldn't latch shut, had to use an added bolt lock). Looked like door was kicked in and door jam never repaired. Floor tiles, broken and missing. Food in fridge. Previous occupants clothing in dresser. One of the dressers drawers screwed shut. 1 of 4 lamps worked. No blankets, only top bedsheet. Bed sheets were stained. Pillows had no pillow cases. TV stand broken and all lopsided. Toilet wouldn't flush.

The bolt lock was broken off the door, already in a super sketchy area. You could see light coming through the door when it was “closed”. Easily seemed like someone could break the door down with minimal effort. The sink faucet was broken and we could not use it. The lady at the front was horrible. Worst customer service ever. And ontop of it all we heard someone screaming bloody murder upstairs and stuff getting knocked over and broken, and the lady at the front fully ignored it. The pictures are a total lie. The rooms and hotel in general does NOT look like that. Needless to say we didn’t stay here. We left to find somewhere safe and sanitary. No NOT recommend to anyone!

It was a flophouse hellhole. Filthy, unsafe, no blanket or smoke detector, storage of things in hallway blocking exit routes. No lights in bathroom, leaking faucets, blood stains, filthy upholstery, peelung paint and plaster. Uninhabitable.

We were refused a refund after finding multiple cockroaches in the room. Video evidence was provided to the staff and I was told it was sprayed and shouldn’t have bugs… called corporate for Victory Hotels and they took my info, told me they would call later that day and never received any communication. Few hundred down the drain and left me searching for a hotel at close to midnight.
