Everything was great but i would say the two things i would say is that the breakfast was very basic and had the same thing all weekend. And the drain in the tub was slightly clogged bc it didn’t drain very well .but out side of those the stay was was nice and clean.

Staff was great, especially breakfast ladies. Great, convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was satisfying. Although pretty crowded and water was cold, my grandson loved the pool. The live fish pond was a real hit with him as well. The room was comfortable but, there was a dirty face towel hanging on the shower rod when we arrived, the tub had a white residue which prevented my grandson from taking bath and we didn’t receive ANY housekeeping services the entire weekend. That was disappointing. Great convenient location for a variety of restaurants and shopping options. Other than extremely poor housekeeping, pretty decent stay.

I booked a room with a jetted tub just to relax and get away! The room was nice, clean & spacious! I also went to the pool area for a swim! Wish the adult time in the pool was longer but other than that, I don’t have any complaints!

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my experience. A big thank you to Expedia for helping me find such a great place, especially at the last minute. My previous hotel unexpectedly cancelled my reservation, which left me in a difficult situation and at risk of being overcharged. Expedia was incredibly helpful throughout the process, covering the additional charges and assisting me with relocating to a much better property. I really appreciate Expedia’s support and quick response during an unexpected situation. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!
