Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed with a great couch/ottoman for seating. Room had a balcony, which was lovely, and a pull out seat for mobile options for work or dining. The staff were very friendly on check in/out. They have a bistro (which we didn’t get to use, but looked lovely) and a courtyard to sit outside in nicer weather.

The property needs some upgrades. The beds are basic and not that comfortable (we both woke up with back aches). Our bathroom was not cleaned well, as there was hair in the shower and on the floor that wasn't mine. Also, the toilet would barely flush the first day and completely stopped flushing the second day. We left the keys on the entertainment center and left around 9:30am the day of checkout. The hotel called around noon and asked if we were checking out or staying longer. I recommend checking out at the front desk, if you do stay here.

Room smelled like someone smoked in them. When we asked to change the staff accommodated but the next room also smelled like cigarettes… staff tried to help and we really appreciated but it is an old and not very clean/tidy hotel… we will definitely avoid this place next time

We had a lovely stay. Very close to the Henry Ford and the staff was incredibly nice and kind. There is a Japanese Restaurant in the next plaza (easy two minute walk). They even shipped me my forgotten phone charger! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
