Amazing Host

We booked this home for my client who was displaced from his home due to water damage. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

house needs a lot of updating. lighting is dim and A.C. units work ok in bedrooms but warm in living area. House is pet friendly but keep in mind an outddor dog lives next door. Only seperated by 4' rusted chain link fence. Dog is very quiet but if your dog isn't animal friendly it will be an issue. Couch needs to be replaced. it is old saggy and very uncomfortable. One positive was washing machine was broke and owner replaced it after I requested it.

We booked this house so you don’t have to

We arrived to the house, unpacked the car, and decided to look for alternate lodging. As soon as we opened the door to the house we were met with the strong and overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. As we started bringing in our bags, we began to notice some of the surfaces had not been wiped down; there were crumbs on the kitchen table and the coffee table. Then we noticed grass clippings and dirt by the front door and under the kitchen table. Then we noticed dirt and debris on the area rug and down the hallway. We used the restroom and saw dead bugs on/around the plastic tub liner. We then went to the backyard to sit at the bistro set (the cleanest part of the listing) and re-evaluate. We quickly decided we did not feel comfortable staying in this listing and were able to secure a different house.
