"We stay here at least 3 times a year when visiting family - Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter for sure plus other special occasions. They are located within walking distance to several restaurants, pubs, Clarity wine Bar and they are located right across from the lake. A great place to stay, they serve a great breakfast and they have a snack area with sodas, frozen food, and other things you may need or forgot to bring "

"The kitchen is fully equipped, beautiful views of the lake the owners very nice staff is great just a really nice place. "

"Check in was easy and gentleman was very pleasant. Room was clean, large bathroom and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and room had all necessary things for a good nights rest. Large pool and hot tub available. Used the hot tub which was great after a long days drive. Better breakfast than most! Will stop again as I travel through over the next couple of weeks."

"Almost everything was above and beyond.The place was stunning and very comfortable for our needs. Our everyday needs were definitely met! For sure we will honor a FIVE STAR STAY!What we were surprised at, is, there was no coffee pot. Even with that said they did supply us with ample Karig pods to go with the Karig brewer.We could have used more *spare* blankets* as the weather was still a bit chilly.The last thing is the leg protectors on the chairs were very flimsy. We spent the majority of our time playing cards. We did scrub away the scuffs that the chair legs made when some of the protectors fell off.Not, of course, to criticize, just to point out. We are definitely considering another stay at Escape on Reynolds in Detroit Lakes MN.Thanks again for a very accommodating stay Chris & Kensie. "

"Hot tub had a dirty ring and did not get very warm"

"We loved staying at the quality inn when we stay in Detroit Lakes 5 times a year. But the last three times we stayed the water slides and hot tub have been out of order. Which is the man reason we used to stay here. The staff has always been amazing and breakfast is great. But with five kids, we are always so disappointed to show up and the slides and/or hot tub aren’t working. "

"It was perfect! Comfy and cozy. Beautiful space to get away from the busyness of life and relax. The sauna was hot and lovely, the Alpaca were amazing and my pup loved all the new smells and experiences too. 10/10. "
