"Great location, a very walk from the Alexanderplatz s-bahn and u-bahn. The room was compact for a short stay it was absolutely fine. The bed was comfy and had all you need for your stay. The staff during check out and check in were polite. I would definately stay there agai."

"Very friendly staff, clean and large room, great location next to train station and the surrounding area was clean and safe. The only thing we didn't like was they charge to store your bags (we've visited 9 hotels in 6 countries on this trip and they're the only one who charged). They offered us to take the early check in fee instead, which came with a room upgrade, but I didn't like having to pay extra for a service others offered for free."

"Rooms were clean, bathroom was roomy, down bedding was also a plus. Hotel & restaurant staff was personable and helpful. Location was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin."
