“The young lady working the front desk all weekend deserves a raise. I didn’t get her name, but she was there from the time we checked in to the time we left. She’s the only staff we encountered all weekend and she was always super friendly and attentive, she provided great service and represented Holiday Inn wonderfully.”

“First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. A burned out light, pressure in the sink was too high and splashed me. Worst was the toilet thatdidn't flush. I has to reach into the tank and flush it manually. Maintenance "fixed" it the first day by bending the flush arm instead of replacing it. It "worked for less than a day. They couldn't move me since they were full until the 3rd……
