We had a great time at this property. Weather didn't cooperate but between the selection of games movies and karaoke that were available it made it tolerable. The location is amazing. It was walking distance to everything Dewey Beach has to offer. One thing I think should be clear in the listing is that it is connected to other condos in the rear. The pictures don't show that. Otherwise everything from check in to check out was simple and easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of six were very comfortable at this property. While the property is a little worn, it was very clean and and all items in working order. Livingroom had room for us to spread out. |The property is close enough to walk to some restaurants and 3 blocks to the beach. The dock was a plus allowing us to crab and fish right at the property.We also enjoyed sitting out on the comfortable 2nd story deck and the "beach" next to the dock area. Communication with the management was great. We got loads of info before our rental about what to expect in the area and about the property. Check-out was easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Out family of 6 had a wonderful visit here. This is the 3rd time we have rented this property for Spring Vacation break. It is 2 miles to Rehoboth boardwalk with all the shops and crowd and activities... And quiet and peaceful for wanting that kind of vacation too. The place was clean, comfortable and the furniture is showing its age a bit. Property management was easy to work with. I would recommend the home because there is a lot of room for everyone to have space, inside and out.
