"Amazing breakfast and hospitality "

"When I checked in at around 7pm, there was no one at the counter. It wasn’t too frustrating but it was strange to me there was no one at the front desk."

"I love the ambience at the hotel, roads were very clean. The Bar food was good. Location is great."

"Everything was excellent. There was a lot of confusion upon parking and actually finding the hotel and how to check in. This should definitely be explained in detail. We were thankful to find another patron who already figured it out and explained it to us. Had to switch rooms and my keycards were switched to another floor but couldn’t get back to the initial room to retrieve our items. Thankfully my fiance was in the room who brought everything to the lobby to only go back on the elevator to the new room. Keycards only work on the elevator where your room is. "

" The options available were repetitive, minimal, and not particularly appealing. If you’re expecting a diverse or fresh breakfast to start your day, this isn’t the place that will deliver it. Overall, the experience didn’t match the standard I’ve come to expect from Hyatt properties."

"Very nice hotel, clean and up to date. Free parking. Only minor downside was super limited contenetal breakfast, just toast coffee cereal juice basically. No eggs. But that was very minor. Everything else was perfect. Check in was really long because a guest In Front of me had issue with 3rd party booking. Prolly should have requested him to step aside and work it out since many guests where waiting and able to check In Quickly. Eventually she did, but it was solid 15 min or more wait. "

"The hotel was extremely beautiful and very well kept.You can tell it is very modern... The staff was incredibly kind and willing to help... My only issue was when I tried to get an extra blanket and some extra towels.It took me multiple times to ask. Other than that, it was an exceptional hotel.And I plan to return "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were my favorite. The staff was helpful. We had trouble with our refrigerator when we arrived and the staff were able to resolve quickly. We will definitely come back. "
