Quiet area .No beach or water access as I was expecting Toilet flush arm had to be repaired to flush toilet Kitchen cabinet door fell off Every thing else was ok Mostly clean Nice place to stay need a little attention

Nightmare

Dark, trashy approach to the place, overgrown with vegetation. Inside was roach infested in all rooms, toilet was broke rendering it unable to be flushed. Wrong sized sheets on bed and furniture was so stained we were afraid to sit on any of it. This is not a place you want to stay - and we didn’t.

Booked to take my elderly puppy on a little vaca however he became very sick and could not travel. Understood there was no refund due to the time I made the booking but did send message to contact listed and got no response. would not recommend this listing, no communication or acknowledgement of message received, very unprofessional.

Not as Good as it Looks

Overall it was a bit dirty for me and there was no view of the gulf. I found four dead roaches and there were cobwebs in the common area. Also the photo posted with the Gulf view is deceptive. This property rightfully says near the beach but that photo tells a different story. The floors looked really dirty because of the grout work between the tiles. I didn't walk around barefoot. Bathroom sink drain was clogged as well. I arrived the first day after dark and the unit was not clearly marked so I had a bit of trouble finding it but the property manager was prompt in responding.

DON’T

The property was VERY overgrown and dried leaves against the building under covered walkways. The unit smelled like sweat and mold. The furniture was stained by spills(I think). The floors were dirty, soil, food, etc was against every baseboard. The window coverings and blinds were stained/broken. Dead bugs were on the floor. We went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and Lysol to clean with. I called the owner and sent videos of the place to her and she said she would be returning our money because we went to a hotel but that hasn’t happened as of 5 days later. If the proper care was given to this property it would be really nice but as it is currently JUST DON’T

New years 2023

I hope there is enough room to put everything down. Upon arriving I discovered the cabinet door over the sink is laying on top of other cabinets. Wires are exposed. The unit stinks. Found bacon in the microwave. The foot board on bed was broken. Lights in bathroom did not work. No wash cloths or hand towels in bathroom. Sink in bathroom took a long time to drain. The floor was so sticky my shoes stuck. Detached laundry room door was falling off. The property is in bad shape. The pictures are extremely misleading. Do not book this property.
