「Can’t really say enough about this place . So charming , so well kept. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The view unbeatable. The staff was so kind and helpful . Yeah this place is a 10+ kind of place .」

「The hotel provides parking spaces and breakfast. breakfast is good but unlike the other hotel, no food/drink is allowed to leave the dining room. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a very old building with a lot of old and special decoration. 」

「Drove from UK to Switzerland on a road trip... Great Hotel, with a beautiful view if you book the lake view room. Beautiful area where it is in Beatenberg... the staff very lovely and polite. Especially reception desk Valentina, very polite and lovely conversation. And also Gelson who was polite and always smiling and ready to help.. Will be returning next year too」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「The room was nice and had a nice view to the river. However, since there is a pub in the corner, it got noisy for few hours and drunk people were making noise during very late at nigh. The walls are not sound proof so could hear the neighbors steps, conversations, etc. I couldn’t have a good rest 」
