Thanksgiving Family Getaway

Very clean and spacious. The four bedrooms, all with on suite bathrooms, was perfect for our family getaway. The house had the most well equipped kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed.

Fall family getaway

This was our 16th year escaping to the mountains with our extended family (6 adults, 5 kids). The house was perfect for our group - nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the younger girls enjoyed the daybed on the landing upstairs. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely mountain retreat

Our weekend stay here was quiet, lovely and fun, despite a strong electrical storm on the last night. The house is nicely decorated, well designed and comfortable, with plenty of seating for large family groups and a well appointed kitchen. Mountaintop views! Very enjoyable!

Weekend Mountain Getaway

This was a last minute getaway for 3 couples. The lodge was perfect. It has 4 very comfortable king suites all with bathrooms! The kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed mimosas and brunch at the large dining room table. The views were amazing. We were a little late in the leaf season but still had wonderful fall views. The lodge has great WiFi service. It is located halfway between Dillard, Highlands and Franklin. Within 20 minutes you can be shopping, hiking, fishing or sharing a delicious meal with friends. We hope to return for a repeat getaway!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING

We rented this gorgeous property to celebrate Thanksgiving with our adult children and grandchildren. This was our first family gathering since our oldest graduated High School, so it was a very special occasion. We could not have been blessed with a better location, nor a better hostess. The experience was an easy process from the beginning up until the very end. The hostess communicated everything from directions, entertainment options, check in/out process and everything else imaginable. As an added bonus, the house was immaculately decorated for Christmas…..which delighted our grandchildren beyond measure. We simply cannot express our gratitude and satisfaction with this property and owner. The pictures of the location are accurate, and the home has everything needed for a family gathering.

Our whole family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as described in the listing and met our needs perfectly. Communication with owner was quick and easy. We chose this property because of activities that we planned to do in the area and it was very convenient for our use. Would stay there again if back in the area. There was no pool at this property, but the review wouldn’t let us skip it.
