Really appreciate the heat and the TV being on prior to walking into the room. A very nice touch. Aliye and Sarah, at the front office/registration, are sharp and pleasant.

Very nice room and very clean. Parking easy right outside room. They are doing construction, remodeling and updating. Pretty views ( other than construction lol) We would definitely stay again ( and hope to) and would recommend.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice views from back deck, spacious bathroom with fan. Front desk personnel were helpful in directing us through construction sites. Room wifi reliable, charger nice extra, need netfix. Restaurant service was friendly but extremely slow and food just okay. Only mac-n-cheese & cornbread were hot. Outdoor seating areas with fire/smores great idea/bonus.

Great food! Close to Highlands and Clayton (great shopping). Rooms were outdated, drapes broken, light bulbs burned out, dated furnishings. Bathroom desperately needs remodeling.

We really enjoyed ourselves for the weekend. Looking for a girls weekend trip and this will be perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful ; Dave gave us a rundown on the renovations and istened to ideas we had on leaving certain things in the room for that home feel. The location was great!

This was my second time coming. Bought some girlfriends this time. The bathrooms had mold on the basboards and in the showers. The mattress felt like it was time to change them. Staff was really nice

This is an honest rating and it considers the construction under way. Once complete, this place will be incredible. We were very satisfied with our stay even with the construction underway, but we are looking forward to staying again when it is completed! Great staff, conveniently located. We will definitely be back!

Dillard house is under complete renovation including the restaurant and hotel and I would consider it a construction site. The hotel room was filled with older technology and furnishings. The room smelled musty. Wallpaper was falling off the wall. The sink drains did not have traps. The bathtub was slimy. The sliding glass door was broken. The only favorable thing I could say was the beds were newer, comfortable and clean. I will not stay there again until renovations are completed.

Heard about the Dillard House for years. We made a trip down that way and decided for once to stay at the Dillard House, we knew the food at the resturant was great so wanted to check out the rest of the property. Will stay there again some time.

I arrived after dark and the lights hadn't come on outside yet. I had never sta it ef before, so I was a little discombobulated. The front desk person (I forgot her name sorry, (9-18-3025) but she was phenomenal. No matter what I brought to her, she met me with kindness, concern, and solutions. I finally settled in snd slept great. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable.

Beautiful field and hydrangeas! Only problem AC loud. Everything else was top notch. Construction going on main building but that didn't distract from other areas. Restaurant serves great food and alot is served.

Dillard House doing some renovations but they still bring A+ customer service. The restaurant is amazing and the rooms were adequate for what we needed. We would stay here again!! 5 star servive without the 5 star pricetag

Dillard House is old school classic luxury!

What a perfect spot for a last minute getaway!!! Classic comfort and style. The covered porches and rockers were the bonus!! Great staff! This has been one of the best getaways we’ve ever taken!!!
