I go to Dilley to visit my son and the room we got had no iron but the housekeeper went out her way to go find me one . And that’s always a plus for me when a person actually enjoys their job .

Not the best experience
The hotel seemed run down. I was staying for a business trip. As soon as I checked in I had some work to do so I didn’t notice the dirty sheets until I got ready for bed. I called down but they couldn’t send anyone to change my sheets so I had to pack up and move rooms. The location was loud. I was woken up a couple of times during the night to someone honking their horn and slamming doors.

Don't recommend!
Dirty rooms. The bed sheets/pillow cases had blood and hairs all over. The shower shelf fell off on its own plus the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. To top it off my daughter found a roach on her while laying on the sofa bed.

Basic, clean hotel. Would have been nice if the coffee maker and coffee in the room also came with the thing that holds the filter/grounds. Looks good, but no coffee in the room.

Best Western new name Best Western POOR
Requested King Bed and got handicap king bed, overstay for 5 five nights and was going to extend to 10 at least. Five days the elevator did not work, even thou started on Thursday and still not fixed by Tuesday. Of course put on 2 floor. Hallways dirty, vac clean set out in hallway three days and never put up even thou the stairways and hallway never cleaned while I was there five days. No towel delivery to the room even thou they requested you leave the towels outside the door. Excuse is COVID. But you can pick up the dirty towels but can't delver fresh clean one to the door of the room. Guest have to go down to the check in and request the towels you want. Remember upper level and no elevator that works. When a person works hard during the day, hot and sweaty, you come to a hotel expecting clean and comfort that you are paying full price (No discount since no services) its very disappointing. Management did not care and it is apparent. This Best Western Plus should be called "Best Western POOR"

It was clean friendly checking in. Room was hot when we entered. They are trying to save energy. Mold in bathroom top ceiling. No contential Breakfast.

The front desk lady was awesome! We stayed 2 days and both days there was no coffee between the hours it was going to be available.and the Internet/wifi does not work . I would recommend going there.

Nice hotel
Hotel was nice. The bathroom door was damaged and hard to open and close. Easy access to room and easy exit to parking lot. Will be back.

My husband and I questioned if this room was ready for guests. There was no blow dryer, no toilet paper rod, and no Kleenex. The light above the tub didn't work, and there was no bathroom vent (or it didn't work). The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but there definitely were some question marks about this hotel.
