"I was happy with my stay. The property is an old farm house that's been split into 3 different rentals, and I was in the smallest. "We stayed there over MSU graduation weekend. Since we only needed to relax and sleep there, this property really fit the bill. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There is a full eat in kitchen that is stocked with essentials. Linens and towels are clean, very soft and comfortable... It is well water, so bring bottled water. My husband liked the shower, but it did release the sulfuric smell... It is a really great value for your money. We were very pleased with our stay."

"When we first drove up we we were a little surprised by the condition of the outside of the house. The siding is dirty, the paint is peeling, and the bushes are overgrown. However the inside of the house was clean and well appointed. We had a throughly pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless and communication with the host was perfect. "We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing."

"We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch, paddling around the lakes, watching wildlife, cooking, and playing ping pong. Would recommend. Just a note (which was also noted in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise) but even in early season we found a number of ticks so just be careful and check yourself. We still had a wonderful time and everyone commented on how great the house was."

"I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond.
