Descriptif de l'annonce complet passant sous silence 2 mauvaises nouvelles

1 La tv figure sur les photos mais il n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif qu'elle ne fonctionne pas , et qu'il n'y aura pas de solution pour qu'elle fonctionne.Pourquoi tromper le client en laissant ces photos ? 2 Pourquoi avoir caché le fait que l'appartement est attaqué par la mérule, ce parasite dangereux à la santé? Séjour très entaché par ces 2 non-dits. Nous n'aurions pas loué cet appartement malsain (plafond avec traces roses, murs "mérulés", traces noires de la moquette dans la chambre) et sans TV si le descriptif avait été conforme à la réalité . Un appartement avec mérule est -il louable ? Nous sommes partis déçus et mécontents d'avoir été trompés. Un dédommagement financier raisonnable pour le service non rendu et les soucis occasionnés nous paraitrait équitable. Cordialement, BLM.
