「Other than a little hiccup checking in & not being able to reach the host at the time right away, everything was exceptional. Exactly as described. Beautiful place, very clean, & lots of natural lighting. Parking can be a bear, but that comes with the territory in DC. Would definitely book again upon return to DC!」

「We really liked the property and location. I had never been in this area of DC and it is very charming. We used Uber a lot simply because it was so hot our time here. Walking would be fine for us given a heatwave break. We cooked a few dinners and breakfasts right here which saved a lot of money. The bed is comfortable and the AC was good, thankfully!」

「It was very close to the sights at the capital and close to the Metro (three blocks) and within walking distance of many places to eat. The hostess was very helpful.」

「Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving.」

The host Etienne was always in touch with any questions.. The location was excellent - just walking distance to many restaurants, yet in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood, making it easy to relax. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place was well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again on...
