“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The hotel is huge and impressive, and the place is full of staff. But the service is variable. People really want to help you and some of the staff are super ‘on it’ and efficient. Others, not so much. When we arrived we were taken to the wrong room - a mistake with the number. Then the tv didn’t work. Coffee and tea machine means a kettle - no coffee machine. The hydrotherapy pool wasn’t working - when I asked, the staff……
