“We were a group of 10 - fifty women in Winnipeg for a two night stay. There was ample room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The bonus was three full bathrooms and a half bathroom which made getting ready easy. We were within 2 km ride to a grocery store which was also convenient.Property is located a nice quiet street with a covered front entry balcony - nice to sit in the morning for a coffee. There is also a lovely second sitting area to get away from the rest of house if you need a little……

“This place is VERY dirty, hair, cobwebs on the walls, bugs in the webs, towels smelled terrible, I’m pretty sure this place hasn’t been cleaned for 5 years, Do NoT STAY HERE!!!! Lights in the bed room didn’t work flickered on and off, TV didn’t work, I stayed here with friends and our sons and went fishing thank god our wives weren’t here because we would of been coming back home she wouldn’t of made it past the entry little room…”

“We loved the property and it had all the extras that normally do not come with a VRBO. From antiseptic spray, bandaids, body lotion, laundry detergent, to aluminum foil, they had it all. It made their house so easy to live in when you aren’t trying to remember all the things you forgot to bring. The teenagers also used the putting green and sauna like crazy. ”

“Property was as described and it felt like home away from home. Great character, very spacious. Comfortable beds. It was crazy hot the weekend we stayed and the AC worked like a charm. Highly recommend and we’ll be back again. ”

“Egilio's place in Osborne Village was just the perfect spot for our Winnipeg trip. My partner and I had such a great time, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone.Egilio was an amazing host. He was so helpful and friendly right from the start. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and he made sure we had everything we needed.The apartment itself was so cozy and clean, and it came with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was a big plus! The space felt really……

“beautiful property, everything you need and great loactaion.”

“A very old house that has not been updated. Security is good and instructions to use were clear and consise. AC unit was an older model and leaked water over floor causing musty smell. Laundry was in the basement and we were not allowed to use due to ongoing construction. Place is not worth what was being asked however it is downtown and close to restaurants and grocery store on a busy one way street ”

“What a fantastic weekend spent. The rental property was well furnished, comfortable and super clean. The host was extremely accommodating, polite and responsive. We felt well looked after. The family and our dog had a terrific weekend and took in all the great activities downtown Winnipeg has to offer. Including a Goldeyes game. I fully recommend this loft and host. Couldn't ask for a better experience. ”
